    Managing Director, Kantar Retail America Consulting

    John is the Managing Director at Kantar Retail. He has 20+ years of Sales & Brand Management experience, driving growth in a broad range of CPG businesses. Prior to joining Kantar, he held senior marketing positions at Kraft Foods, managing Global & US categories and brands. John started his career in sales with General Mills. He has extensive experience in Brand and Trade strategies, consumer research and P&L management. John received his BS in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University and his MBA from Miami University

    Efim Shvartsburg
    Chief Statistician

    Efim is a Chief Statistician with Kantar Retail. He has experience with primary consumer research and shopper insights on a variety of projects for both retailers and consumer packaged goods companies, and many years of experience performing various statistical analyses using SAS® software. Efim has Ph.D. in Mathematical Methods in Economics from State University of Management, Moscow, Russia. His statistical data analysis methodology “Benefit Hierarchy Analysis” was published last year in the book Product Innovation Toolbox: A Field Guide to Consumer Understanding and Research, ISBN 978-0813823973, May 2012.

    Mark is the Vice President of Applications and Client Services with Kantar Retail. He has a strong background with custom application design and creating solutions that make complex analytics simpler. He has been a leader for Kantar Retail's Assortment Management Tool, RichMix® and continues to drive innovative solutions. Mark received his BA in Physics from Fairfield University.

    Cédric is responsible for Kantar Retail Virtual Reality’s overall company direction, innovation and technology strategy, worldwide sales and customer operations. Over the past 15 years, Cédric held several executive positions in software companies serving the retail and consumer goods industry, most recently building the European business of Retail Solutions Inc.

    Erik is VP, Analytics and Commercialization at Kantar Retail with both domestic and international experience on a variety of projects spanning the Path-to-Purchase. He has broad experience leveraging a variety of data sources including frequent shopper card, panel, and syndicated data to create actionable insights for a number of leading CPG firms. He has also been a leader in the development of Kantar Retail’s pricing, total store assortment and promotion, and marketing efficiency capabilities. Erik received his BA from Bowdoin College, where he studied Mathematics and Economics.

    Rob is a Director of Applications at Kantar Retail. He has experience in .Net development, Visual Basic, SQL Server and Oracle. Prior to joining Kantar Retail, he was a developer for MasterCard International and a senior developer for Ideas International. He received his dual MBA in Accounting and Finance from Hofstra University and his BS in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University.

    John is the Global Product Development Director — RichMix for Kantar Retail. John is based partly out of Austin, Texas and the Wilton Connecticut Center of Excellence in the US. John has been with Kantar Retail for over 4 years across both analytical and consulting roles bringing to bear a broad range of experience with blue-chip CPG firms in category management particularly around ranging and in-store execution & management as well as shopper insights. John is also responsible for working cross-functionally with Kantar Retail’s broad portfolio of analytical solutions to bring connected solutions to market.
